Phil DeVille

Biography:
Phil DeVille is the twin brother of Lil on the show of All Grown Up. Although he's grown up from his Rugrat days, he's still as immature as ever. He still loves gross things (like his moldy sock science project), and eating garbage (as in "Curse of Reptar").He is still a great friend and brother; a very funny person who can always make an argument turn into a hilarious situation that everybody can laugh at.

Dil & Phil Interaction:
Dil and Phil could be seen as the dynamic duo of the Rugrats. Unfortunately, it didn't start well. In the Season 1 episode Coup Deville they had the chance to interact, but Phil being worried about Lil's attitude made it impossible. KC has tried to change that in episodes like Dude, Where's My Horse, where Dil and Phil turned a cowboy duel into one of the funniest moments on AGU.

Phil's fictional coupling:
Phil and Kimi didn't seem to be one of the more popular fan couples at first, however the P/K fans rely on the chemistry of the characters. Phil's crazy and immature personality mixed with Kimi's rebellious tendencies.
