Chuckie Finster

Biography:
Chuckie Finster is Tommy's best friend. Afraid of everything, always taking refuge in his best friend, obsessive to the extremes (like what happened in Yu-Gotta-Go), willing to grow up if the situation requires it (like what happened in Fear Of Falling), a little crazy (like was shown on Chuckie's In Love), and taking unnecessary risks (like in Susie Sings the Blues), but Chuckie always tries to learn something from his experiences.

Dil & Chuckie Interaction:
Chuckie might get annoyed at Dil almost every time, but when they have some lines together, it's pure comedy gold. Like what happened in Rats Race, or the episode Izzy, Or Isn't He? where Dil showed support for Chuckie and proved the bond of friendship between the two.

Chuckie's Real Coupling:
The only Chuckie crush seen on All Grown Up is the one he has on Nicole where he even disguised himself to impress her and get her attention He even got jealous of Tommy for being Nicole's love interest in It's Cupid, Stupid but at the end Chuckie and Nicole ended up like friends.

Chuckie's Fictional Coupling:
Chuckie has been paired with some of the rugrats, like Chuckie/Angelica (the senior rugrats couple), or Chuckie/Lil which isn't really popular. C/A fans base their coupling on "opposites attract," since Chuckie and Angelica are total opposites the fans think they are meant for each other. Chuckie is always in a love-hate situation with Angelica, plus the fact that Angelica teases Chuckie (you always hurt the one you love).
